Use the document vault and proposal tools to assemble submission packs.

GoBiDx helps bidders organize compliance documents and generate common proposal sections.
- Complete your company profile under Dashboard → Settings.
- Upload reusable documents to the Document Vault (trade license, VAT, experience certificates).
- Open Proposal Center for a saved tender and review required forms.
- Generate drafts such as forwarding letters or compliance sheets where templates are available.
- Export or download packs and complete any fields that require manual review.
- Submit through the official portal (e-GP or issuing organization) — GoBiDx does not submit on your behalf unless explicitly stated.
