1. Agreement to terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GoBiDx websites, applications, and services. By registering or using GoBiDx you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. About GoBiDx

GoBiDx provides tender discovery, alerts, AI-assisted summaries, document tools, product sourcing, RFQ publishing, and related procurement workflow features. Tender content is aggregated from third-party sources including e-GP and newspapers.

GoBiDx is an information and workflow platform — not a government portal. Official submission always occurs on the issuing organization's system unless we explicitly state otherwise for a specific feature.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and be authorized to act for any organization you represent. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account.

• One person must not share login credentials across unrelated entities
• You must notify us promptly of unauthorized access
• We may suspend accounts with false or misleading organization details

4. Services and plans

Features vary by role (bidder, supplier, buyer, consultant) and subscription tier. We may change features, limits, or pricing with notice on the Pricing page or by email for paid subscribers.

AI summaries and automated extractions are provided for convenience and may contain errors. Always verify against official tender documents before bidding or contracting.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans, trials, and billing terms are described on the Pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from Dashboard → Billing.

Taxes, payment gateway fees, and manual payment processing (where offered) may apply.

6. Refund policy

Unless required by law or stated in a specific promotion, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Contact hello@gobidx.com for billing disputes within 14 days of charge.

7. User content and license

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant GoBiDx a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service (e.g. show your product listing or RFQ to other users).

You represent that you have rights to all uploaded materials and that they do not infringe third-party rights.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the platform beyond normal use
• Misrepresent identity, credentials, or eligibility for tenders
• Upload malware, spam, or unlawful content
• Circumvent access controls or share paid features with unauthorized users
• Use GoBiDx to collude illegally or violate public procurement rules

9. Marketplace conduct

Interactions between bidders, suppliers, buyers, and consultants may be facilitated through GoBiDx but contractual obligations arise between those parties. GoBiDx is not a party to your bids, supply contracts, or consulting engagements unless explicitly agreed in writing.

10. Intellectual property

GoBiDx branding, software, templates, and site content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute platform materials except as permitted by features or written consent.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We do not guarantee completeness of tender listings, accuracy of AI output, award outcomes, or uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOBIDX AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, MISSED DEADLINES, LOST BIDS, OR PROCUREMENT DECISIONS BASED ON PLATFORM CONTENT.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to GoBiDx in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD 100 if no fees were paid.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify GoBiDx against claims arising from your content, misuse of the service, or violation of these Terms or applicable procurement laws.

14. Termination

You may stop using GoBiDx at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Provisions that by nature should survive (liability limits, indemnity, governing law) will survive termination.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dhaka, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Material changes will be communicated via the site or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
