Publish an RFQ or notice

Buyers and procuring entities can publish requirements to GoBiDx's marketplace at no subscription cost for core features.

1. Register as Buyer/Procuring Entity.
2. Open Dashboard → Publish or RFQ (wording may vary by release).
3. Enter title, category, location, deadline, and specification details.
4. Publish and share the public link with invited suppliers if needed.
5. Review responses and close the RFQ when a vendor is selected.
